 Beaverdale is a suburb of Des Moines, and a neighborhood located to the northwest of the capital city, near to Urbandale. The homes here are unique in that they have their own kind of brick and are built in the "Tudorbethan" style - similar to early English medieval cottages or country houses. Most of the houses were built in the 1930's.
